Sheryl Bedno

Dr. Sheryl Bedno is the Chief Medical Officer, Bureau of Environmental and Occupational Health, Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), and works externally as an occupational/preventive medicine physician. Sheryl’s current interests include public health emergency preparedness, public health ethics, effects of climate on the workplace and workers’ health, heat illness prevention, occupational injuries and illnesses, and environmental health education best practices. She serves as a preceptor for the DHS environmental and occupational health rotation and a member of the Residency Program Evaluation Committee.
