Stephanie Gruber

Stephanie Gruber, PharmD, BCACP (she/her) is Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital (Madison VA). She currently staffs as a primary care team pharmacist at the Madison VA West Clinic and as the facility’s Tobacco Treatment Lead Clinician/Tobacco Clinic Coordinator. In addition to her clinical practice, Stephanie is a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, serves as co-chair for the Madison VA DEI Steering Committee, and is involved in various preventive health research projects and initiatives. Within the Preventive Medicine Residency program, she serves as a preceptor for the tobacco treatment clinic rotation, the tobacco treatment clinic QI rotation, and is a guest speaker for resident rounds.
