Josh Hood

Dr. Josh Hood is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, and earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University. He attended medical school at VCOM–Carolinas in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and went on to complete one year of Family Medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. His interest in public health began during his undergraduate studies and has continued to shape his career path. Most recently, he spent a year and a half with the St. Louis County Department of Public Health, working in the STI Division as a Communicable Response Investigator.
