Sara Lindberg

Dr. Sara Lindberg is the Director for Evaluation and Engaged Research in the Population Health Institute as well as a faculty member in the Population Health Sciences department and Master of Public Health Program. Sara leads a team of professional evaluators and community-engaged researchers who use evaluation and engaged research as tools to build more equitable systems, programs, policies, and community conditions where everyone has an opportunity to thrive. She is an expert on complex systems change, community engagement, and culturally responsive and equitable evaluation. Her portfolio of funded projects reflects the full range of systems and health factors that contribute to population health and well-being. Sara has serves as a preceptor for preventive medicine residents interested in program evaluation and community-engaged research.
